History of SmartLoyalty AG

The SmartLoyalty AG was founded 1999 as a spin off of the ACG Group (broker for SmartCards und Reader). It is a private equity financed company with an independend basis.

  • 1991 Foundation of SABECO GmbH (counselling, projekt management, software development involving the chipcard)
  • 1995 Foundation of ACG AG development of complete systems (student cards, fitness cards, health cards, customer cards etc.)
  • 1996 counselling system integrators and traders
  • 1997 Broker for chipcard products
  • 1999 Spin-off and foundation of SmartLoyalty AG: counselling for customer loyalty
    “Loyalty out of the box”, system components for customer card concepts, additional services
  • 2000 Move tothe new offices in Wiesbaden, Dantestrasse 4-6
  • 2001 Use of ther EcoSysteme in more than 30 branches
  • since 2003 Market leader for CityCards in Germany
  • 2004 Equipping the whole duchy of Liechtenstein with a CityCard
  • 2005 use of the EcoSysteme in moe than 25 countries
  • 2006 Introduction of the B2B Card and EcoSysteme online
  • 2007 Lanching the wourld wide more than 40 giftcard/valuecard-projects
