EcoPC - customer loyaltyssysteme aus der Box

Software EcoPC

 

Using Windows-based software, the EcoPC version allows a connection to a computer system, thus extending the range and flexibility of the EcoSystem.

 

The PC software module EcoPC makes it possible to:

  • Read out the transaction data being stored in the EcoTerminal during the sale.
  • The independent alteration of the system parameters such as the relationship between purchase price and bonus points and the level of points for a premium
  • The personalisation of the loyalty- and value cards.
A connection between the terminal and the PC is made via the serial interface. Data from the PC will be stored on the card, and data from the terminal storage can be imported into the data base (like EcoOutlet or EcoCity). This raw data can then be funnelled into a valuable customer profile, which in turn can form the basis of important marketing decisions.

The software is offered in the "marketing" and "supervisor" versions on CD-Rom.
