We have developed marketing and helped with training and financing. The individual tenants must acquire and issue the cards themselves!"

In the centre in Zeil am Main, which is a pleasant setting, points can be earned with the card in every shop and the premiums can be redeemed. As an alternative, the customers “pays” for a cake or other things in the bistro in the centre after a successful shopping trip.

 

"Once a month we prepare the customers' data for our tenants," explains the manager of Roderus IT's HK Holding in Neustadt. "Who are your best customers? How often does a customer come? Is he better or worse than the month before?

Those are questions which we can now answer. We at HK Holding used to conduct very successful direct marketing events. That is one of our key aims: to further develop systematically such actions with the new Erbell-Card.
