| The whole family is collecting points at the „GuldBageren“ in Denmark.
The biggest youth club in Denmark has grown together with the market leading bakery. More then 200.000 kids and teenagers are collecting points…one of them more the other one less.
Successful with attractive premiums:
In the past points were collected with simple stickers and could be converted to real nice soft toys.
„During the last years the number of members of the “Krummeklubben” increased so much that we were looking for a more advanced solution,” says Johnny Olsson director of Moove Advertising which cares for the “Krummeklubben” marketing.
A new and „intelligent“ Card:
With that card the kids can not only collect points in the bakeries. They also can use those points to shop in the online premium shop. Also they can take part at different games and events that are also available online.
„And finally we know who is a real good customer and who is only a nominal member,” means Olsson.
“Only the one who registers his e-mail address through the online portal will have access to the premiums. That reduces wastage on the advertising and gives us new opportunities for our marketing,” Johnny Olsson the “father” of the club is sure about.
SupportCard: Attracting new customers
One of the real good ideas: Grandpa, grandma and all the other relatives can collect points with a so called „Support Card“. This card enables them to collect points for their purchases and afterwards they can decide which one of the kids will get these points. „With this function we are able to reach new group of customers which we wouldn’t have attracted in the past,” says the clever marketing guy.
Realisation: Good ideas and the right machines
With very big machines the small cards are produced. Only with that technical equipment we are able to provide 250.000 collectors in Denmark with a small golden card at one step.
The card should be:
